This course covers solid-state physics, semiconductor materials and devices, number systems, digital logic, combinational and sequential circuits, and Arduino programming with sensor interfacing.

An MCQ-based test comprising 30 questions will be conducted through OAS/Google Form/Offline mode. The test will assess students' conceptual understanding of the topics covered in Units I and II.

To evaluate students' understanding of the fundamental concepts of solid-state physics, semiconductor materials, and electronic devices.

Test- Situation based problem solving 50%

Simulation-based Assignment/Project (Proteus). Circuit designing and simulation on Proteus: 10 marks; Project Report and Presentation: 10 marks; Viva: 10 marks.
