This course covers software project management, including project planning, cost and effort estimation, software development life cycle models, risk management, resource allocation, monitoring and control, and software quality management. It also includes AI-assisted estimation and monitoring, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, earned value analysis, and blockchain-based traceability.

Test- Situation based problem solving 50%

Situation-based test topics are: Advanced Software Project Management, Cost estimation Metrics and Analytics (4 scenario based questions, where 2 questions will be of 5 marks each and 2 questions will be of 10 marks each.)

Rubric
To evaluate the student-based on the scenario-based subjective test.

Test 50%

Subjective test covering syllabus from CA1 and CA2.

Week 11 / 12

Rubric
To test the subject knowledge of the students and provide opportunity to improve their CA performance in case of low marks or any missed CA.
