This laboratory course develops practical skills in cell counting, cell morphology analysis, cell viability assessment, organelle isolation and visualization, mitochondrial staining, and egg lipid isolation. Students perform laboratory experiments and mini-projects involving chloroplasts, epithelial cells, mitochondria, and lipids.

Mini projects: (1) Comparative assessment of chloroplast in stress and non-stressed plants. (2) TLC profiling of egg lipids from different sources.
