Students are required to analyze the human resource planning process at both micro and macro levels within a selected organization. The analysis should include both demand and supply planning methods. Finally, students should provide their viewpoint on the effectiveness of the HR planning process.

Review the career anchors and evaluate how well your own priorities are reflected in your current role, activities and lifestyle.
