CA1 includes an individual assignment on Units I and II, based on a relevant contemporary issue, requiring research and a report of up to 1000 words. It also includes three gamification activities: DPS, Aao Khojein, and NDNU, involving topic analysis, problem-solving and a presentation or discussion on career opportunities.
Week 3 / 4
Rubric
Assignment report: organization and documentation, content, critical thinking, syntax and style, 5 marks each. Gamification activities are evaluated on participation and the specified content-analysis, expression, problem-identification, solution-relevance or information-quality criteria.
CA2 includes an individual PPT presentation on Units III and IV, along with three gamification activities: Aap Kaun Hai, Kuch punya kijiye, and Earn while learn. Activities involve research, community or environmental service, or paid work and require students to share relevant experiences, learning and information.
Week 7 / 8
Rubric
Presentation: content management skills (5 marks), communication skills (5 marks), confidence (10 marks), and PPT designing and effective technical skills (5 marks). Gamification activities are evaluated using participation, research depth, authenticity or relevance, service involvement and learning, or revenue generated.
Students must attempt 8 questions: 5 short questions carrying 2 marks each and requiring 20â30 words, 2 questions carrying 5 marks each and requiring 50â70 words, and 1 essay-type question carrying 10 marks and requiring 150â200 words. The test covers Units V and VI.

Rubric
Assessment is based on responses to the specified short-answer, longer-answer and essay-type questions, with marks allocated as 2 marks, 5 marks and 10 marks respectively.
A subjective test covering the syllabus from CA1 and CA2. It also provides an opportunity to improve CA performance in case of low marks or any missed CA.

The test evaluates subject knowledge through a subjective assessment covering the CA1 and CA2 syllabus.
