The objective of this assessment is to evaluate students' understanding and application of the fundamental concepts of economics covered in Units IâVI of ECO106: Introduction to Economics. Students are required to conduct a case-based analysis of a selected Indian industry or business by applying concepts of demand and supply, production and cost, market structures, national income, consumption and investment, and inflation. The assessment encourages students to interpret economic data, analyse business challenges, evaluate government economic policies, and propose practical recommendations for sustainable business growth and economic stability.
