Through this course, students will learn the importance of insects in agriculture, understand their morphological and anatomical variations, examine insect pests and bio-ecology, and categorize the role of insects in sustainable crop production.

Group based assignment on preparation of insect resource tool for easy learning; 3. Certification in any NPTEL-MOOC course; 4. Participation in any International/National Competition hackathon, or game-based workshop related to the course; 5. Flipped classroom presentation
