Students shortlist resumes using ATS logic (keyword matching, skills, experience, education) from given profiles. Students justify shortlisted resumes and reflect on the impact of job analysis and job design on hiring outcomes.
Week 2/6To enable students to design and justify a practical, revenue-oriented remuneration plan for real organizations by applying compensation theories and HR analytics. students to select a real company and analyze its workforce structure, job roles, and compensation challenges. Based on this analysis, students design a comprehensive remuneration plan covering fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, and employee benefits while ensuring legal compliance. The plan must be justified using performance metrics, motivation theories, and cost considerations. Students finally present the plan as a professional consulting proposal, highlighting its value to the company and potential revenue generation
