Firka Development Scheme:

Comparison: Sriniketan and Marthandam emphasized voluntary participation and integrated rural development. Gurgaon was more government-directed and depended on administrative leadership. The Firka Scheme adopted a broader territorial and governmental approach. Together, these experiments demonstrated the importance of integrated development, demonstrations, local leadership and people's participation.
